Governing law and jurisdiction. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms and Conditions, or with the Event, will be subject to the jurisdiction of the High Court of South Africa, Western Cape
Division, Cape Town.
Contact and complaints. Any query, complaint or request relating to the Event or to these Terms and Conditions may be submitted in writing to info@tasteofcapetown.co. The Organiser will acknowledge receipt within a reasonable period and will respond as soon as is reasonably practicable.
Amendments. The Organiser reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Material changes will not apply retrospectively to tickets already purchased, save where required by law or where the change is to the guest’s benefit. The current version of these Terms and Conditions will be published at www.tasteofcapetown.co.
Severability. If any clause of these Terms and Conditions is held to be illegal, invalid or unenforceable in any jurisdiction, that clause will be severed to the extent necessary, and the remaining clauses will continue in full force and effect.
Consumer Protection Act. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions is intended to limit or exclude any right that a guest enjoys under the Consumer Protection Act, 68 of 2008, or any other law that may not lawfully be excluded or limited.


By purchasing a ticket and entering the Event, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions in full.
